Welcome to LotusMox. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

LotusMox is a non-commercial community service built to support the gaming community. It is a digital tool for managing Magic: The Gathering card collections, building decks, and facilitating connections between users for trading purposes. We do not process payments, charge fees, or guarantee trades.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Trading Marketplace Disclaimer

The Trade Market feature allows users to list cards they wish to buy or sell. LotusMox is not a party to any transactions that take place between users. We do not verify the authenticity, quality, or existence of the cards listed, nor do we guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

• You engage in trades entirely at your own risk.
• We strongly advise using secure, verified payment methods (like PayPal Goods & Services) when conducting remote transactions.
• LotusMox holds no liability for lost, stolen, or misrepresented items, nor for any financial loss incurred during user-to-user transactions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or utilize bots to scrape data unethically.
• List prohibited items or post misleading information in Trade Lots.

5. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering, including card images, mana symbols, and Oracle text, is copyright Wizards of the Coast, LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. LotusMox is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
